In order to provide the best tests for you, we will need to gather some basic information from you like your name and address and ask you some sexual health related questions. If you would like to order an STD test, we will need you to upload a picture of your ID to our site. If you only want to order and HIV test, your ID will not be needed. Due to funding changes, free gonorrhea and chlamydia tests are only available in the Denver metro. If you live outside the metro, gonorrhea and chlamydia tests will cost $32 at this time.
